I placed an order but the tracking number says it has been delivered, but it has not arrived yet
Don’t worry sometimes the parcel has been pre-scanned preemptively as delivered, but is still en route. The parcel typically will arrive within 24 hours of the status reading as delivered.
A couple of things to do in the meantime: if you live in an apartment – check with the security desk, concierge, community mailbox or your neighbor in the event it has been left there while you were out.

What is the difference between goldfill and gold plating?
Gold Filled:
Gold-filled jewelry is made by bonding a thick layer of gold to a base metal using heat and pressure. The gold layer in gold-filled jewelry is significantly thicker than that of gold plated jewelry, typically around 5% to 10% of the total weight of the item. This results in a more durable and longer-lasting product. Gold-filled items are usually stamped with a "GF" or "1/20" mark, indicating the amount of gold in the piece. Gold-filled jewelry retains its gold appearance for a longer time, is less likely to tarnish, and can withstand everyday wear and tear, including exposure to water and sweat.
Gold Plated:
Gold plated jewelry is created by electroplating a very thin layer of gold onto a base metal, such as brass or copper. The gold layer in gold-plated items is extremely thin, typically around 0.05% or less of the total weight of the item. As a result, gold plated items are more affordable but less durable. The thin gold layer can wear off relatively quickly, especially in areas that experience friction or contact with the skin. Gold plated jewelry may require more care and maintenance to preserve its appearance.
Vermeil:
Vermeil is a specific type of gold-plated jewelry, but with a key distinction: the base metal used is sterling silver. To be considered vermeil, the gold layer must be at least 2.5 microns thick, which is significantly thicker than traditional gold plating. This thicker layer of gold on sterling silver gives vermeil jewelry a more durable and longer-lasting quality compared to standard gold-plated items. Vermeil jewelry offers the elegance and appearance of solid gold but at a more affordable price point.
In summary, gold filled provides the highest quality and durability with a thicker gold layer, making it suitable for everyday wear. Vermeil combines the appeal of gold with the durability of sterling silver, offering an excellent compromise between quality and affordability. Gold plated jewelry, including vermeil, is a more budget-friendly option, but it has a thinner gold layer and requires more delicate care to maintain its appearance. Your choice among these options should be based on your budget, style preferences, and how long you want your jewelry to last.
Where are your gems sourced from?
We only work with trusted gemstone dealers all over the world to source ethical gemstones. Whenever possible, we work with mine to market stones, and if they're not available for the specific stone we're searching for, we look for traceable stones where we can verify the origin, environmental practices, and ethical treatment of workers at that specific mine.
For example, we work with suppliers in Australia, Canada and the U.S.,who have mine to market gemstone dealers that have full visibility over their supply chain. They follow strict environmental laws during mining and all land is fully reclaimed after mining is complete. Miners are paid fairly and have safe working conditions.
While the easiest way to source ethical gemstone is to buy U.S., Canadian, or Australian stones, it is possible to source ethical gemstones from all of the world.
How do I find out my ring size?
Getting your ring size is super simple you can measure your ring size at home with a strip of paper. Wrap the paper around your finger you'd wear your rings on, then make a small mark. You can then measure this size with a ruler in millimeters and voila! You are good to go!
