  • Provide your order number and details of the damaged item, along with clear photographs showing the damage. This helps us expedite the process.

3. Assessment of Damage: Once we receive your report and photographs, our customer support team will assess the damage to confirm eligibility for a return. You will be notified of the status within [X] business days.

4. Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for returning the damaged item.
